Lightbulb How to Become a Topaz Beta Tester

We are currently accepting beta tester applications.

Thanks for your interest in becoming a Topaz Labs beta tester! We really appreciate your feedback so we can continually improve our software for our customers. The beta program is based in these forums, and all discussions go in a special hidden forum that only accepted beta testers can see.

To apply to become a beta tester, please register for the forum and then follow these steps:

    Click Group Memberships.

Then, select the Beta Testers group and click Join Group. When prompted for a reason, enter the following:

[Name]: [Operating System] - [Host Software]
(for example, Eric Yang: Mac OSX 10.5.8 - Photoshop CS4)

And that's it! We will review all requests and get back to you shortly. Because we maintain a limited number of beta testers, we may temporarily stop accepting beta tester requests at times. However, all beta tester requests will always be kept on the forum.

If you're accepted, you'll see a new section of the forum open up labeled Beta Testing. Thanks again and let me know if you have any questions!

Eric, what am I doing wrong? I've tried to apply for beta testing membership and I get a screen which tell me that it isn't a public user group.

That's odd - I tested it and it should work. If it still doesn't, PM me and I'll do it manually.

Under memberships, it says I am a beta tester. Are there any other steps I need to test, or will we be getting more info when new software is released?

Sorry, I put the wrong "reason" in the reason box when I tried to join. If it can be fixed it should have been:

Michael Vadala: Windows Vista - Photoshop Elements 5.0 & Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 Ultimate.

I done the same thing but just checked and it's taken care of now, thanks Eric.

Mine doesn't say I'm a beta tester...does that mean I screwed up too bad on the application?
