    Hi Bob,

    Thanks for writing me .......well, if you ever decide to move back up here, let me know as I sell real estate on the Westside. Oceanside is very pretty so I'm guessing you really like it. We don't get down south very often. When we do have a chance to get away, we usually head north to Cambria. I would love to move there, but the prices there are higher than in LA.

    If I ever do get down your way, I'll certainly let you know....and you do the same if you ever get up north. I go two or three times a month to either Venice Beach or Santa Monica for shooting.....some times Marina del Rey. Can't seem to get myself away from the beach .......LOL.
