I need your help ,PLEASE. I have a project that requires lots of frame grabs. Yes, I know that you do not sell or support Moment 3.5 anymore. However,I have searched the web for several days and it seems to be the best program for my purpose.
Please, help me to find as many archived tutorials, documents, forums, etc... as you can. I can start from there. The reason I am asking you is because I spoke with you on the phone about three years ago. I used Red Hawk: Video Pics then. You were very knowledgeable and helpful. I almost bought it then but, my projects at that time did not require Moment as they do now. Please, help me get started in the right direction.

Hi Eric. How can I add photos to my gallery? I sent an email to gallery@topazlabs.com. Is there a better way?

I'm writing you because I have a problem with my Topaz Vivacity...it's requesting key and I guess the plugin' is "out of date" and there's no longer any keys to it...I was trying to uninstall but there's critical error and I can't do nothing about it. The worse thing is that since I can't enter the key my Photoshop doesn't work at all...Please Help / maybe you have solution 'cus probably I'm not the only one with the same problem /

Eric, I'm so sorry that I haven't been here for the last testing, I've had some health issues that prevented me from participating but I am doing much better now. Please keep me on your beta testing team, I'm very interested in the development and testing of products and look forward to helping Topaz Labs in the future.

One question .... I have a friend who runs a PC with Windows 7 Professional, 64x2 Dual Core Processor 6400 +3214 Mhz, 16 gb of RAM and uses a Canon 5D Mark II camera. She uses filters on her photographs regularly including Topaz Labs. I think that she would be an asset to the beta testing group. Would you please accept her into the beta testing program?

By the way, I still have my "old" computer (¨PC AMD 1,2 MHz with Win XP). Is it worthy to compare speedf processing on the same picture ?

I wish to be a fusion express beta tester to use 64 bit in mac sn 10.6.3 for denoise. If not when will this be available?

Dear Eric - I have downloaded the trial of De-Noise 4, and using photoshop elements 6, I find that it crashes everytime. I took the advice and de-installed it via install/remove windows program, then downloaded and re-installed, only to find the same problem comes up.

Should I just keep un-installing, re-downloading, and re-installing it, or is there some other way to get it to work nicely? I can use other filters ok, and have Neat Image, but it is not so good, and loses detail information in the photo, so not good!

ps I have 750mb of memory only, and 1600 mhz processor - could this be the problem?
