Yep, Smugmug should work fine. We actually use Smugmug for our gallery page as well - they're very good.

    Default Resize pictures with zoom

I agree that pictures should be around 1024 on the longest side but if you see one that is larger or a portrait orientation is off the screen, you can just hold down the Ctrl key and turn the scroll wheel on the mouse to zoom out or in. This works with web pages as well.

Default Need More Instructions On How To Upload To Forum

I am so enthused with ReMask 3 based on my first use that I was motivated to make my first post in the forum. But, after registering, I clicked on "Manage Photos" and then "Add Photos", all according to what I understood I was to do, but nothing further happened. I don't see any way of getting the photo I want to post from my computer to the forum. Please advise.

    Regards, Ken De Pree

    Ken,

I saw this and your other messages and noticed that you haven't had a reply yet. Are you getting any messages at the top of your screen from a pop-up blocker or other security warning when you are working in the Manage Photos area? I typically post using a URL from my Flickr site and haven't uploaded here for a while. I'll give it a try and then report back if I have any hints for you.

Welcome to the forum - sorry it hasn't been too smooth for you yet.

    Ken,

Ok, I just successfully uploaded a new photo from my computer to the site. Based on what you've mentioned I'm thinking there is just a small step missing.

Once you have opened the "Manage Photos" window there should be a green + "Add Files" at the top right of the window. Select this.

At the bottom of the next window you should see "Select Files" - pick this. This should take you to a window that leads to files on your computer. If not, look for any warning bars near the top of your screen, to see if your system is blocking the action.

You should be able to select a file at this point. Once a file is selected it should bring up an "Upload" button. Picking on this button should upload the photo to the "Manage Files" window. Once the file is there you can add it to a message post by selecting the image and then picking "Insert In Line". Sometimes this brings the picture in at the top of the message, but you can cut/copy and paste the code where needed inside the message. If this doesn't work, don't give up. Post here again and include your system information and what browser you're using. You should be able to get assistance from the Topaz folks on Monday.
