I want to thank you all for your honest responses - iTikie - I SORT of follow what you are saying and have a vision in my mind that may not be exactly what you are saying but it was a big help.

Last night I took a step back from the "out of the box" thinking. Here is the same photo. I used Clean2 and then Buzsim over it. The one think I urge many of you to do is use a RAW image. I never understood why people used RAW untl I started to really go deep into the Digital Darkroom effects.
