    Default "Painted" racers

    Trying a little Simplify on some out of focus racing shots that would have otherwise been waisted images. I typically don't think the painted look and action shots work together, but liked how these came out. My favorite of the group is the one with the orange 914 Porsche lifting a wheel through the turn:

    It is a bit of a differnt look for action shots, but they came out well......

    I just like Vettes, looks cool for out of focus shots. Is that at Laguna at the bottom of the Corkscrew?

    Keig - These were taken at Road America in Elkhart Lake, WI in 2006. They were taken at Canada corner, which is great for action but terrible for photos since it's facing south and shaded by trees. I've never been to Laguna, but its near the top of my list of tracks I've got to get to some day.

    very cool series !! I love that last shot with the wheel lifting too !! Get a real sense of speed on that one
