I obviously didn't go for photo-realism on this one. Not too sure if that's good or bad but I sure had fun! I used Adjust, Clean and Detail.

Lars......I've lurked here quite a bit but haven't posted much. Just wanted to say how much I've enjoyed your outstanding work.

This was a tough one but fun, here is my attempt.

My attempt, using only detail 2, a total of 4 layers with different blending modes.

I worked on the mid tones using curves, and then darkened the brightest pixels using a separate curves adjustment layer. I used a 50% gray layer, and the black paint brush to darken the luminosity. I applied Spicify (adjusted a tad) at 60%. I also did some high pass filtering, and some blur to the blue sky.
