Sorry about the problem. Just uninstall Denoise 4 via control panel and install it again will fix it. (This solution works on Windows).

I am having the same problem. In addition, when I get the "plug in has crashed" message, it freezes my computer. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but that has not solved the problem. I am running Windows 7. I have an Intel Core i7 CPU, 8.0 GB RAM. I work in CS5. Do I need to provide any further information about my system?

    Thanks for your help,
    Fae

Looking at it and trying to figure out. Will try to get back to you ASAP.

BTW, do you have an AMD CPU?

Just did another uninstall/reinstall, and it worked this time .. weird!! Anyway up and running with 4.1 on CS5 now.

    Default runtime error

I am encountering the same problem with DeNoise 4.1. Windows 7 (64-bit), i3-530 Intel processor, 6GB ram, 512 MB NVIDIA GEForce G210 card.

I uninstalled DeNoise 4.1 and re-installed, but no love there. Repeated, but same error.
