Thumbs up (SOLVED) DeNoise 4 crashing...

I guess I spoke too soon (said I never had a a problem with the bundle). All of a sudden my DeNoise 4 crashes and comes up with a "runtime error - Prog: C:.." Not sure what that means but it won't work now. And I did run the new fix I had gotten. Now what?

Arrow (IP) "Unknown error from GUI" and "Error: C++ exception"

Getting these two "cannot proceed" messages (not on the same image, but often) when the plug-in is processing an image after adjustment with Denoise 4.01 under CS5. The GUI message says it should be reported to Topaz. I don't see discussion/help/solutions for these two messages in the forums.
