Before posting in the support forums, please check the Knowledge Base first! It's very likely that it has what you need, simply because we update it religiously. In fact, whenever we come across a new question or issue we immediately post it to the Knowledge Base, even if we don't know the answer yet!

The search feature is very powerful as well. For example, if you come across a procEngine -1000 error in one of our products, just search "procEngine".

On the other hand, if you can't find what you're looking for in the knowledge base, by all means post it here!
