I was not saying there is a problem with your ability to follow instructions, just pressing delete first in the key field, then pasting your key in....or making sure there are no spaces before or after your key when you are copying it will resolve the issue many times. I did test your key and it is valid. Are you copying and pasting it in or typing it in? Also, you may want to try re-downloading Star Effects from www.topazlabs.com/downloads, as the original download may be corrupted. And I'm sending you a personal message in your forum inbox with your key, just to verify that you are not missing a number. Please let me know how it goes.

I bought the bundle almost a year ago. My key will only let me open "Adjust." I've sent several emails with no response. I have followed the instructions and the advice you have given others with this problem. Still I cannot access the other plug-ins. Can you please help?
