This has always been one of my favourite pics. Used Adjust, Clean and Detail

I will give it a try, this is a shot of Oceanside Harbor, I took it with my 10.5mm fisheye, straightened the vertical lines with the Image Trends plug in and then made it really pop by using the portrait smooth preset in Topaz Adjust.
