Default [Ends 10/31/09] Creativity in Topaz

Contest: What is the most creative way you use any Topaz software?

    Winner: Scott111184

All in all for this contest we had almost a hundred excellent entries and it was very hard to pick a winner. In fact, it was almost entirely subjective - each of us at Topaz had different picks! We did, however, all feel that Scott's entry showed exceptional creativity in both overall photographic content and the subtle but high-impact use of Topaz filters. He will win a Topaz product of his choice and his image will be featured in the November Topaz Monthly newsletter. Congratulations Scott, and thanks to everyone who entered the first contest of the forum!

    Default Before and After

This was our biggest contest yet with pages and pages of submissions - thanks so much for participating! This was also the hardest to judge simply because there were so many GREAT entries that deserved to win. However, I could only pick one... so I cheated and picked three instead. Believe me, I would have picked twenty if I could! It was hard enough to narrow it down to just three

Each of the photos picked displayed outstanding photographic quality as well as a stunning before and after transition. Excellent photos! The winners will each receive a free Topaz product and possible display on the Topaz product pages if they choose. Winners, I will PM you with more information.

Thanks again for participating in the second photo contest! More to come soon!

Selective work is the way to go and for portraits I almost always create 2 masks, one separating the foreground from the background and another isolating the skin."

    (coming soon)

Awesome entries. There's so many different applications for masking and it looks like most of them were represented. The winners will each receive a free Topaz product and display on the ReMask product page if they choose. They will also be able to name one other person that participated in the contest to receive a free product! Winners, I will PM you with more information.

Thanks so much for participating and sorry for the delayed final selections ! More to come soon.

    Contest: Your Creative Perspective

Wow!! This was our biggest contest by far...thank you so much for participating and for sharing your awesome images! It was a very difficult process to narrow down to the below winners....I wish I could have chosen 50! I want to thank not only the Topaz team, but all of the guest judges I asked to participate in judging this week (all guest judges are professional photographers and/or photo educators, none of whom participated in the contest)...your participation is also appreciated!!

    Winners:

Congratulations to SEDetweiler, whose image was chosen more than any other by our judges! SEDetweiler's image will be featured in our January Topaz Monthly newsletter, as well as our website if he/she chooses. He/She will also be given his/her choice of one Topaz Labs program!

Congratulations to all the below winners as well! Their images stood out to our judges amongst so many amazing images. They too will have the choice to have their images featured on our website and will be given their choice of one Topaz Labs program!
