Second computer

I have just purchased a Macbook Pro. I want to download my topaz simplify to my second computer. I cannot see where to do this. I have the product key. Thanks

On the top of this page it says "Products", click on that and go to Simplify, then Click on 'download'.

It Just does not work. No Place to put in Key. It installed into Photoshop but then it says wrong programme. I had no problem installing Nik software on this second computer

Hi Shari,

To install your Topaz software on your second computer please do the following:

1. Go online and download the software onto the new computer. You can get it here.

2. Once your download is complete please make sure that Photoshop is closed and then run the installer for the program. For instructions on installing please see here.

3. After you install please open up Photoshop and go to Filter -> Topaz Labs and select Simplify. Once it opens please click on the Menu button and select Enter Key.

When you go to enter your license key please verify the following:

1. That you are using the correct key. If you are not sure, then please email support [at] topazlabs.com and they can look it up for you. Please be sure to include the email address that you purchased with.

2. Please verify that you are entering the key in the "Activation Code" field and not the "Name" field as this is sometimes confusing.

3. Make sure that as you're entering the key you have nothing in the space beforehand. This means clicking, pressing Ctrl-A, and hitting Delete to make sure that absolutely nothing is in that field before you paste in the key.

If you are typing it in please make sure that you are entering the dashes – but it is always easier to just copy & paste.

This should fix the issue.
