I love the simplicity of Remask 1, I use it daily. My only hope is that 2 doesn't complicate matters. That's one of the things I didn't like about other so-called "easy" masking programs.

Remask 1 was the first I'd rather use than different channels techniques.

Very valid point. We've tried to keep the simplicity and flexibility of the original ReMask in v2. For example, you can still export to layer masks, or actually import a layer mask to use as your trimap to start with. Also, although we have a million and one different tools we'd like to add in, we've tried to keep the workflow and UI as simple as possible. But definitely let us know any feedback you have after using the new one (due out Monday) regarding simplicity, usability, etc.

I've just downloaded ver.2 but haven't seen it mentioned anywhere that it's released. SO, those impatient ones -- ReMask2 is already HERE

How do I get my permanent license? I purchased ver 1, but didn't see where to go for the free upgrade.

    Default FIRST TRIAL with REMASK2

Just used Remask2 for the first time.

Absolutely fabulous, Eric. It took me 5 minute to extract the man and put it on the other pic.

No other comments. This is the very first time I have such a tool in my being able to work so easily. Congratulations Eric and the team and also beta testers.

Dont look at the pic quality, it was used just as a trial job

    The original pic

Am I going to have to move over to Elements???? Rumor has it there's going to be a new version of Aperture X soon Though I like it seems not a industry standard. What do you guys think?????
