Notice that not only is the noise severely reduced, but the details in the image are actually enhanced. Pay special attention to the movement of the two people on the right of the movie as it's playing. You'll see that they're much better defined and much more clear in the Topaz Enhance version after noise reduction. Due to low lighting and the quality of the camcorder, there is quite a lot of noise. In addition, the details are obscured and color looks washed out. Boosting the contrast, brightness and saturation makes it a bit better, but it also makes the noise a lot more visible.
